In thesis there are the considered questions related to the ground to multicriterion estimation of the state of mine fund of region and perfection of the control system by the innovations the purpose of providing of work of enterprises in the break-even mode. Developed system of multicriterion estimation of the state of mine fund with determination of basic economic parameters, which predetermine opening of internal backlogs and increase of volumes of mining for transition on the break-even mode. It is suggested to use the system of economic - mathematical models which form functional and system of limitations for the analysis and estimation of the state of region with a perspective mine fund. Possibility of the step adjust-ing of initial parameters with the of principles of association of local criteria in the region of compromise is the distinctive features of the offered method. Executed analysis of threshold parameters of mines in a dynamics that allowed defining the constituents of innovative-investment strategy of support of capacity of mines of region and transition on the profit mode on the basis of priority of financing of retooling of cleansing mining by a nominal highly productive tech-nique.
