Essay

On the basis of analysis of investigation materials of 253 completed suicides cases committed by law enforcement officers, it is determined epidemiological, social-demography, clinical- pathologic and psychological peculiarities of individuals which took part and didn't take part in the liquidation of the Chemobyl AES disaster consequences. The reasons and motives of suicide behavior are described, the role of social and micro-social conditions under which these persons were found at the moment of personal- significant psychogenic conflict are showed, the suicides prevention approaches in the MIA system are elaborated.
