Curative effect of intravenous injections of naloxone, nalorphine and dalarginum during different periods of shock from trauma and bloodloss combination was explored during the acute experiments on 75 adult rabbits. It was elicited that during the initiatory shock period antagonists do not influence on the result and animals die during the same terms as in check series. Injections of the preparations during the advanced shock period do not have substantive influence on dynamics of shock process and reinfusion of blood has only temporary positive effect. The preparations usage after the reinfusion of blood reliably prolongs animals life.
