Gladchenko T. Scientific and methodical basics of creation of the mechanism of state administration and regulation of the entrepreneurial activity's safety system: regional aspect

Object of research - sphere of economic activity of enterprise structures of Ukraine in whole and Donetsk region. The purpose of research - formation of scientific bases of state regulation of system of safety of enterprise activity and mechanism of their realization, that will increase a level of economic safety of the subjects of managing in region and in the state. Methods of research - comparative economic analysis, logic generalization of results, graphic, and also interview and expert estimations, synthesis, induction, deductions, historical and logic methods. The practical significance of the received results is, that the functional system of activity of public authorities is developed which is motivated adjusts measures on maintenance of a necessary level ESEA in region; the mechanism of realization of the theory is developed, the problems and functions of bodies of a local government of all levels of authorities in maintenance most favorable and safe conditions of development of business are justified. The scientific novelty of the received results consists weariness, that a basis of formation of system of safety of enterprise activity and state mechanism of their realization for the first time is developed scientific - methodical; the methodical rules of an expert estimation functional compound ESEA are offered scientifically; the designed analytical tables of definition of an effective level ESEA. There is advanced: methodology of account to cumulative criterion ESEA, is developed the basis for the account of the most important factors, which influence change of densities functional compound; system of criteria of an estimation functional compound ESEA; structure and contents of threats ESEA on each functional compound. There has received the further development: concept of economic safety of enterprise activity; a theoretical basis, conceptual device ESEA; The contents, structure and parity of categories " national security of the state ", " economic safety of region " and " economic safety ofenterprise activity " is specified.
