Shkumbatiuk K. Ukrainian public policy in citizenship within the context of European integration

Object: social relations that arise in the process of the formation and realization of the Ukrainian public policy in citizenship, their legal regulation, functions and power of bodies of public administration. Goal: theoretical and scientific basing of the formation and realization of the Ukrainian public policy in citizenship within the context of European integration. Methods: a system of general and special scientific methods is used to learn social phenomena and processes. Among them: systemic, dialectical, historical, social, structural-functional and legal-comparative. Results: scientific grounds for conceptual approach to decision-making as to the problem of the formation, building up a legal appointing and the realization of the Ukrainian public policy in citizenship within the context of European integration. Usage: the research can be used in scientific and teaching sphere and can be useful for practical solution of problems within the context of European integration of Ukraine.
