Batsyleva O. Peculiarities of self-attitude of women who are in a climacteric period.

The thesis indicates that the self-attitude of women who are in a climacteric period is of various nature and is selectively revealed in different situations. The results obtained allow to consider that the emergence of negative trends in the psycho-emotional sphere (which result in the wrong self-assessment, changes in the self-attitude, non-constructive behavioral patterns formed) has a negative impact on the women's life under new conditions and can complicate those changes that take place in the woman over said period, both at the somatic and psychic levels. There has been proved a necessity to use the stress prophylactics as a psycho-correction method in order to achieve the treatment efficiency and carry out a social and psychological rehabilitation of the women falling under this category.
