Mokretsov S. Infringements in immune state of patients with urogenital infections and its complex correction

The dissertation is devoted to a relevant problem in dermatovenereology - studying infringements in immune state of patients with urogenital infections and searching efficacious methods of its correction. Leading researches indicated, that pathogens of urogenital infections have immunoagressive effects. Our dates suggested about deficiency: of T- cellular link of immunity; of phagocytosis; balance between quantity of CD22+-cells and lowering content of immunoglobulins A, M, G; rising of circulatory immune complex. Established breaking co-ordination of cytokines. Changes of immune indexes have similar characters in all patients, with tendency to deterioration in groups of patients with mixt-infections. Application of complex treatment including aetiological (wilprafen, vibramycin), immunopathogenic (cycloferon and Echinacea compositum S) remedies, local therapy (vaginal and urethral suppositories contains: Echinacea compositum S - 0,2 ml; Dimexidi - 0,2 ml; Butyri Сacao - 2,0 g) has allowed achievingcorrection of immune changes and raised the effectiveness of treatment.
