Essay

The object of research – is formation of the professional competence of teachers. The aim of research – theoretical grounds of pedagogical conditions of formation of the professional competence of a teachers and experimental testing of the technology of its realization. The methods of research are theoretical, empirical and statistical. Theoretical and practical results of research – the model of the professional competence. Its criteria and the ways of obtaining the results were substantiated. The results can be used when working out the educational textbooks and recommendations and in the process of the post-diploma education of teachers and the school administration. Scientific news: pedagogical conditions of the professional competence of teachers were substantiated for the first time, the technology of their realization was worked out and tested experimentally. The introduction : the results of the research are being introduced into the course “Pedagogics” for Kharkiv State Pedagogical Universitynamed after GS Skovoroda students, into pedagogical process of secondary schools. The branch is Theory and methodics of professional education.
