Essay

The dissertation is devoted to development of new approaches in treatment of patients with ischemic heart disease and implanted pacemaker because of long-term bradyarrhythmia, which based on the complex application of medicinal therapy, 4-chambers carbonic baths and dosed medical walking. The complex medical treatment positively influences on the systolic and diastolic functions of left ventricle, possess the cardioreparative action, causes the regress of hypertrophy of myocardium on 10-12 %; multiplies the tolerance to the physical loading and coronal reserve, results in the increase of power of the physical loading on the average on 25 %; results in the decrease of adrenalin's and noradrenalin's concentrations in a blood, that diminishes the pathologic hypersympatic action, which is present at these patients. The integrative echocardiographic index of dysfunction of myocardium, which is offered in the dissertation for certain represents the functional status of patients with ischemic heart disease (coefficient of correlation between the index of dysfunction of myocardium and functional class of heart failure was after medical treatment 0,83; dispersion relation was 0,82).
