Essay

Object of research: thymus gland of the rats. Research of features of structure and thymic lymphoid population functional condition in norm, in dynamics of adaptation to hypoxia and after introduction of neuropeptids. It is established, that hypoxic trainings result in change of the structurally functional organization of the rat thymic lymphoid population, shown by the increase in density of lymphoid population cells with prevalence of functionally more mature small and middle size lymphocytes, acceleration of their proliferation and differentiation. Microscopic, morphometric, histochemical and statistical methods were used to settle this problem. Results were input in the curriculem of the Ukrainian High Schools. We propose to use our data in the work of scientific-research laboratories.
