The thesis is devoted to a method of drawing up of algorithms of geometrical simulation of process of punching and a realization of exposition of surfaces of punches on a necessary head loop punchingin holes. Researches were carried out with the purpose of detection of rational values of geometrical parameters swather punched mechanisms that would provide introductions of designed algorithms. Thus results which have scientific and practical value are obtained. In particular, reviews of methods of punching of a sheet material are made with the help swather mechanisms, and also methods of definition of envelope parametric families of lines on a plane. Formulas of link between immovable and mobile frames in varieties of processes of punching are obtained. For exposition envelope in real cases geometrical interpretation of a projective method of a determination of these envelope is developed. In result algorithms of a profiling of a punch were made by head loops concrete punchingin figures, for example, acircle, a rectangle, a triangle, angular. For inspection of reliability of the considered method the series of test examples with known or forecast decisions is solved. The method is introduced into manufacture at modernizing swather punched mechanisms of a factory in Palestine, and also in educational process in the sections devoted to calculations of elements of machinery.
