The work is devoted to the study of the development of the cardio-respiratory system of the pregnant women with diabetes mellitus and to the improvement of the medical-prophylactic measures for them,aimed of improvement of the course and result of the pregnancy.The complex of the differential medical measures,taking into account the severity of the disease,which is aimed at the correction of the revealed changes was proposed.Their effectiveness concerning the prevention of the pregnancy complications and the disorders of the fetus condition was shown.
