The dissertation is devoted to an actual problem of combustiology - to improvement of results of treatment burns patients with the burdened course wound process by application of a vacuum-drainage of wounds. The original method of local treatment of such patients and algorithm of its use which promotes preservation of functional phagocytes activity of peripheral blood and in a zone of defeat on sub-compensated level is developed, warns infringements immune reactance and reduces activity auto-immune reactions, warns development of wound microflorae associations. Application of a vacuum - drainage of wounds for patients with the burdened current wound process warns development of infectious complications; reduces risk of a deepening dermal burns in 2,8 times; reduces terms of preoperative preparation in 3 times; reduces average terms of hospitalization of such patients.
