Essay

The thesis is devoted to the efficacy raising of purulent inflammatory disease treatment of female internal genitals using in the complex treatment of this pathology the informative wave therapy in the combination with endolymphic method of medicamentous therapy. The main principles of the suggested therapy are: rational endolymphic antibiotic treatment, immune and hemostasiologic status correction using the informative wave therapy, infusion - transfusion therapy, and due to indications surgical treatment. The worked out and applied complex of therapeutical measures gave the possibility to improve T and B cell immunity parameters, nonspecific defense factors, to normalize hemostasis parameters, to lower the rate of postoperative complications, to reduce the stay in the hospital, to decrease the number of radical interventions at 12% and in 10% to administer conservative treatment keeping generative and reproductive functions.
