Essay

The development of property relations and management organizational forms have been investigated. Social and economic bases of structural changes in agriculture of Ukraine have been analyzed. Agricultural production tendencies in different countries have been studied, its objective laws and possibility of use in Ukraine have been revealed and generalized. Modern land relations state has been estimated, land lease market in particular, as the main indicator of organizational and legal forms development in agrarian sector of economy, ways of its further improvement have been suggested. Most attention has been paid to the problem of the newly formed agrarian enterprises development under conditions of land relations reformation, substantiation of land parcels optimum size, economic expediency of land involving into economic turnover (as price-setting factor), the importance of agricultural sires credit financing through mortgaging relations development, interbranch economic relations improvement, economic mechanism of postreformed agricultural production creation.
