The dissertation is devoted to development of the economic mechanism of resource maintenance of an agriculture. The economic essence of efficiency of an agricultural production was proved. Methods of an economic efficiency estimation of development of an agriculture were determined. Theoretical bases of formation of model of effective development of an agriculture in market conditions were developed. The analysis of a modern condition of resource maintenance of development of an agriculture was carried out.
