The thesis is dedicated to theoretical generalization, development of approaches and practical recommendations as to the elaboration of the mechanism of management of investment activities. It has been generalized the theoretical basics of management of investment activities; found of the core meaning of "investment", improved the classification of investments. It has been offered the mechanism of management of investment activities of industrial enterprise; added the methodology of making financial analysis; elaborated the approach as to financial results of investment activities of the enterprise.
