Dissertation iis devoted to the linking research of obligations arising along of inflicting harm by customs officers (officials) m Civil Law of Ukraine. It is the first time when the research of such kind of obligations arising at the customs-officers participation is conducted on the scientific level Primary intent of the research is to determine the essence and meanings of these obligations, to characterize and analyze the appropriate articles of civil legislation on corresponding level and to ascertain specificity of such category of subjects that inflicts harm as customs-officers and particularity of compensation for inflicted harm. Research of obligations arising along of inflicting harm by customs officers (officials) in Civil Law of Ukraine is held in its historical development The genesis of the given kind of obligations, its civil and legal characteristics, and correlation with other similar legal phenomena is investigated in dissertation sequentially. Particularities of the grounds, extent and order of compensation for harm are analyzed. Proposals concerning improvement of Civil legislation, Civil and Procedural legislation of Ukraine are formulated. "
