Butyrskaya T. Optimization of co-operation of state power and civil so-ciety (management aspect)

The object is the system of state administration from the point of view of co-operation of state power and civil society. The aim is the elaboration and theoretical grounding of mechanisms of improving of effectiveness of co-operation of state power and civil society. Methods of research: system and structural analysis, historical and logical analysis, classification and systematization, situational and categorical analysis, creation of analytical models. Novelty - firstly system of state administration has been analyzed in context of co-operation of state power and civil society; new infra-structure approach considering dynamic system of state administration and organizing its activities has been implemented; perspective system of state administration in Ukraine, based on dynamic changing of this system during society development has been proposed; analytical models of co-operation of state power and civil society have been proposed. Spheres of usage are the bodies of state executive power.
