Baeva O. Leasing in agrarian sector of Ukraine's economy

Object of research: organizational-economic processes of maintenance agricultural manufacturers of the Zaporozhye area by means leasing. The purpose of research: study of theoretical-methodical and organizational-economic aspects the leasing's relations in agrarian sector and development of the recommendations concerning improvement of their organization. Methods: the system approach, historical-economic analysis, economic-statistical methods, monographic, graphic, comparisons. Theoretical and practical results: development of the theoretically proved measures on introduction the leasing's relations, the approaches to the analysis of the economic leasing mechanism, methods and received results for improvement the leasing's relations and development leasing services in agrarian sector are offered. Scientific novelty: the author formulates separate theoretical bases of formation and further development the leasing's relations, the marketing function leasing is offered, the new version leasing " leasing on a turn-key basis " is given, the rating of reliability the leasing's companies is proved, is proved corrective actions to the Customs code and acts, which adjust the leasing's relation. Degree of introduction: the offers are used by the Zaporozhye regional state administration, in educational process Tavria state agrotechnical academy. Efficiency: the offered methods and the received results have practical importance for improvement leasing's relations and development leasing's services in АПК and can assist the accelerated development the leasing's relations in agrarian formations of various patterns of ownership.
