Essay

The presented dissertation is devoted to a vital theme both in scientific and practical sense, which presents rehabilitation of hormonal ovarian function in women after ectopic pregnancy (EP). Anamneses, clinical data, endocrine data (FSH, LH, PH, E2, K), mental and emotional condition of the patients have been studied. The work presents hormonal correlation data in female reproductive system, mental and emotional condition in women postoperatively due to EP depending on the blood loss volume. A grounded pathogenetic correction method of hormonal ovarian function has been worked out and implemented using the low-dose combined oral contraceptives. The EP influence has been defined in various cases of blood loss volume on the reproductive prospects of patients. A combined rehabilitation method has been suggested to those who had surgery due to EP.
