Layko G. Formation of Agro-production Complex Enterprises Investment Attractiveness

The object – investments of agro-production complex enterprises under the circumstances of economic reforms. The aim – research of investment attractiveness enhancement issue and providing the development priorities of agro-production complex enterprises. Method: logical, monographic, experimental, economical analysis, statistical analysis, financial analysis and comparative analysis. The methods: dialectical, theoretical search, monographic, comparative, grouping, tabular, normative, prognostic. Scientific novelty: the main results of the theoretical and methodological investments bases generalization are stated. Investments essence and classification, the definition, aim and criterion of investment attractiveness is reasoned and investment economic effectiveness coefficients are determined. The dynamics of foreign and domestic investments into fixed assets of agro-production complex enterprises have been analyzed and economic effectiveness of its present usage has been evaluated. Methodical approachof agrarian enterprises investment attractiveness evaluation is elaborated. Future agrarian enterprises investment demand is computed and its sources are determined. There is defined a necessary combination and structure of agricultural machinery. Special attention is given to the ways of agro-production complex enterprises investment attractiveness enhancement. The results of the study are used in agricultural enterprises activity and state management body.
