Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the study of heart rate frequency (HRF) influence on clinico-hemodynamic characteristics and the results of arterial hypertension (AH) medical correction by enalaprili maleatum (10 mg per day) and hydrochlortiasidum (25 mg per day). The connection of middle daily HRF with AH risk factors, as well as clinoco-hemodynamic characteristics of this disease are defined for certain. Mathematical model of probability prognosis arterial pressure normalization under standard twocomponented antihypertensive therapy with the consern of risk faktors and middle daily HRF was werked out. An application field is a clinical medicine. The results have been applied in practice of medical institutions.
