Violetta V. Differential approach to conducting women with benign tumours of matrix in remote post-operating period

Object studying of influence hysterectomy and hysterovarioectomy on a state of health of women with good-quality diseases of a uterus in the postoperative period; methods clinical, tool, immun-fermental, mathematic-statistical; novelty - influence hysterectomy of anatomy functional characteristics kept ovaries and parameters of their blood circulation for the first time is investigated according to ultrasonic and doppleometria, established, that after removal of a uterus in structure kept ovaries, there are the changes similar with menopause, and further worsen doppleometrical parameters of blood circulation kept ovaries, describing their exhaustion; for the first time the level prostanoid (prostatseclin (6-keto-PGF1&) and tromboxan (ТХ В2)) at women with kept ovaries in the postoperative period is investigated; the established dysfunction prostaglandins causes vasoconstriction, and as consequence - negative changes of blood circulation in vessels kept ovaries; Results - maintenance of improvement of quality of a life of the women operated concerning good-quality tumours of a uterus on the basis of system engineering of postoperative supervision and individual correction of their condition; branch – medicine.
