Essay

Object of research is the control unit with memory on the counter.The purpose of work is the reduction of cost and increase of speed of synthesized control units by minimization of the logic circuit at the expense of division of state codes and modernization of known methods of decomposition of the Boolean functions. During researches the formal tools of the theory of final automata, theory of sets, Boolean algebra and applied combinatory, theory of probabilities and graphs theory was applied. As a result of researches the new structures and methods of synthesis of Mealy control units on the counter with division of state codes are received, and also the area of their effective application is determined. The new methods of the Boolean functions decomposition focused on fast realization of the Boolean functions with any number of arguments and minimization of number of the configurable logic blocks are developed. The area of application are the enterprises, which develop the circuits of digital devicesusing PLIC.
