Object – spread purulent peritonitis; methods - clinical, biochemical, radiological, tomographical, ultrasonic, bacteriological, histologic; novelty is lead clinical approbation and the expediency of active tactics of treatment of the widespread purulent peritonitis is shown; components sanogenesis SPP, including a role decompress a belly cavity are investigated; for the first time results of a new way of technological maintenance of open conducting a belly cavity - a helicoid seam of a belly wall are generalized; for the first time it is investigated features of healing of a medial wound after laparosanativs with use named a seam; results - improvement of results of surgical treatment of patients with spread purulent peritonitis by optimization of the program and improvement of technology of an open stage of conducting a belly cavit; branch – medicine.
