Scientific work is devoted to the decision of pressing question of modern obstetrics - to decrease perinatal pathology at women with high risk intra-uterine infection. The author establishes interrelation between perinatal outcomes delivery, a functional condition of system mother - placenta- born, system immunity and microbiozenosise sexual ways at women with high risk intra-uterine infection. The role of correction fetoplacental is shown insufficiency and microbiozenosise sexual ways to preventive maintenance perinatal pathology at women with high risk intra-uterine infection. Practical recommendations on decrease perinatal pathologies at women with high risk intra-uterine infection are developed and introduced on the basis of use of medicamentous therapy and correction microbiozenosise sexual ways.
