Object of research: organizational-economic making management in joint-stock companies of Ukraine. The purpose of research: development of the approach to creation of a productive control system of joint-stock companies meat-dairy industry and organizational-economic processes in them. Methods: the system analysis, comparison, interrogation, monographic, historical method, economic-statistical, graphic. Theoretical and practical results: the essence of management joint-stock companies is opened, the analysis of a modern condition and tendencies of development of joint-stock companies in Ukraine is carried out; the legal aspects of settlement of management of joint-stock companies are opened; the ways of formation and improvement of activity of higher bodies management of joint-stock companies are offered. Scientific novelty: the features, positive and negative results of management of joint-stock companies meat-dairy industry of Ukraine are opened; functioning the supervisory council as representativeof the proprietor in joint-stock company is proved; are developed and the variants dividend politics are offered depending on strategy of joint-stock companies; the direction - strategic management of the personnel is advanced for joint-stock companies. Efficiency: the offers concerning improvement dividend policy of joint-stock companies will promote creation of an effective system of management.
