The different directivity of cytokine profile is proved.The misbalance of factors with phagosytal function is founded.The "conditional" factors of directivity and depth of immunopato genetical course in psoriasis: IL-I , IL-2 and - TNF, Fn neutrophiles, FI of monocytes, medmollecullar CIC is determined. The closely intercoupling between them from = + 0,31 to = +0,96 is founded.It was founded that "conditional" markers of development of psoriasis can be dartboard for acions of immunosuppressive drugs of differential therapeutic tactic.
