Thesis is denoted to study of immune status in patients with psoriasis and to motivation of differential approach to therapeutic tactic.Conducted researches attested that changes of cell link in patients with psoriasis has systen and differently vectored character. Insufficiency its T-cellular compasetis units with inhidition of cell-mediators antidodyproductive elemens. redeproment of cytotoxical function and accumulation phenomenon. The different directivity of cytokine profile is proved.The misbalance of factors with phagosytal function is founded.The "conditional" factors of directivity and depth of immunopato genetical course in psoriasis: IL-I , IL-2 and - TNF, Fn neutrophiles, FI of monocytes, medmollecullar CIC is determined. The closely intercoupling between them from = + 0,31 to = +0,96 is founded.It was founded that "conditional" markers of development of psoriasis can be dartboard for acions of immunosuppressive drugs of differential therapeutic tactic.
