Essay

The work gives the general formulas concidering the momentum of ships for calculating the commencement of the turn of the maneuvering ship at all the stages of the divergence maneuver. Three dynamic models of the vessel's turning moment, describing her momentum are concidered in the dissertation. Analitic formulas are obtained for each of the models. They allow to calculate the parameters of the divergence maneuver taking into account the dynamics of the vessel.
