The problem is solved by methods of the system analysis which has allowed to investigate information nowadays streams in system "hold - cargo - environment" during cargo operations of a vessel and transportation of DBC (dangerous bulk cargoes). Dust formation and dust suppression development of criteria of an estimation of decision-making the new method of a safety of people, a vessel and a cargo have allowed to investigate and develop Mathematical modeling processes, and then to create, design and construct new dust suppression system and to develop a number of practical organizational and technological actions. The developed analytical models of dynamics of processes of generation of a disperse phase of a cargo in the open space and the closed volumes of cargo premises which define height of rise of particles of a dust and speed of their entering into the moment of an output for borders of hold at falling a cargo, and also necessary energy and speed of movement of particles of an absorbent for creation of absorbing effect. The developed imitating models of distribution of a disperse phase of a cargo in air spacious and absorbent which define interrelation between constructive and regime characteristics of sprays of a liquid and the size of particles of cooperating environments. The developed empirical model of dynamics of accumulation of a dust sulfurs in an atmosphere of hold spaces depending on height of falling of a cargo.
