Essay

In dissertation work the features of insurance enterprise are explored, typology of his subjects, theoretical government bases by development of insurance business entities are grounded, oriented to providing of his harmonization, the modern state and tendencies of insurance market development of Ukraine is studied on the whole, his separate segments and subjects (operators), and also theoretical-methodical positions and practical tool of improvement of dominant spheres of development of subject of insurance activity are developed - insurance, investment and financial activity. In dissertation new theoretical approaches in relation to the management by development of insurance business entity are grounded, developed complex of methods and practical recommendations, which can be used in practice of management by development of separate insurance companies of Ukraine with the purpose of appreciation of their market value, investment attractiveness and growth of efficiency of menage. The basic results of research found application in practice of activity of row of insurance companies of Ukraine and their public unions, educational process KNTEU.
