Roslyak R. Formation of Education Process in the Field of Cinema in Ukraine (the second half of 10 - the beginning of 30 years of ХХ century).

The thesis deals with formation of education in the field of cinema in Ukraine in the XXth century (late tens - early thirties). Proceeding from studies and analysis of relevant extensive sources basic conclusions have been made. The conclusions are mainly focused on prerequisites and highly specific features that led to emergence of specialized institutions that provided education in the field of cinema in Ukraine. Attention is also concentrated on non-state-owned institutes of higher learning in the field and some peculiar features of their operation under various socio-economic and political circumstances; on first steps of state backed cine-education and activities of first state owned cine-institutions and structures in the field in the twenties of the XXth century. Further analyzed are prerequisites and course of events that resulted in subordination of Ukraine's filmmaking to the center within the USSR early in the thirties of the XXth century and consequently - issues pertaining to formation ofUkraine's education system in the field of cinema early in the thirties of the XXth century.
