Scientific work is devoted to decrease in frequency and a degree of expressiveness perinatal to a pathology at women with an anemia and cytomegalovirus an infection. For the first time the interrelation between perinatal outcomes delivery, a functional condition fetoplacental a complex and erytropoesise at women with an anemia and cytomegalovirus an infection, meeting independently and in a combination is established. It has allowed to expand the available data about patogenesise anemias of pregnant women on a background cytomegalovirus infections, and also functional infringements in system mother - placenta- born. Practical recommendations on decrease perinatal pathologies at women with an anemia and cytomegalovirus an infection are developed and introduced on the basis of use ferrotherapy and metabolic correction.
