The results of medical examination of 144 patients operated in connection with occlusive affections of the lower extremity artery at the stage of severe ischemia. Active tactics and optimization of methods of X-ray surgical treatment give the possibility to gain positive short-term results in 87,2% cases, and long-term results (till 5 years) in 48,9% cases.
