Levdikov V. The estimation of standing and the perspectives of ending of reforming of the economy of agricultural complex of the Crimea

Object of research - mechanisms of reforming of agrarian and industrial complex of Crimea. The purpose of research is conceptual definition of perspective directions of the fur-ther reforming of agrarian and industrial complex of Crimea, revealing of mechanisms of ef-fective end of agrarian reforms. Methods were used: it is settlement - constructive, a method of groupings, a method of pair comparisons on the basis of multivariate shcaling, marketing and expert methods of research, the structural - dynamic analysis, the index analysis, a method of analogy and contr - actual models, a method of exponent growth, a method of an integrated estimation on the basis of multisector model. Theoretical results: the system of mechanisms of reforming of agrarian and industrial complex which includes their blocks is specified: transformation of ground attitudes and forms of managing, transformation of atti-tudes of the property, formation of a market infrastructure agroproduction and state supports of spent reforms; have found the further development methodical approaches to research of reforming of economy of agriculture on the basis of use of the basic methods of a quantitative estimation of efficiency of agrarian reforming; has found the further development of revealing of perspective mechanisms restoration of efficiency of a course of an agrarian reform and end of its active stage which include the inertial forecast of development of an economic situation as a whole and dynamics of a level of food safety on immediate prospects. Practical results: are determined structurally - organizational and socially - economic results which have devel-oped in gait of reforming of economy of agriculture of Crimea; mechanisms of information - consulting support reformed agroforms are offered; the degree of completeness of an agrarian reform in agriculture of Crimea is determined. Novelty will consist of for the first time of-fered cascade model of development of consulting structures in agriculture, and the developed logic-blockdiagram of creation of a information-consultation centre on the basis of study-pilot farms; and also for the first time the offered criteria and the developed technique of an estimation of a degree of completeness of agrarian reforms in region.
