Davidyuk O. Education's role in forming of women's social status.-

The dissertation is devoted to the complex research of education that influence on forming of women's social status, it has been exposed the reasons of contradiction between women's high educational level and their low social status in modern Ukrainian society. There has been defined education's specific that consist in retranslation of social experience in gender aspect, described the influence of teacher's values on gender self-identification and analyzed the manuals for exposing sexism's rudiments. Here is analyzed education that determines social and professional orientations of women and therefore defines positions and roles in economics and politics structures. There has been described the women's social status in modern Ukrainian society and proposed directions and methods for raising quality and efficiency of education as a foundation of heightening of women's social status.
