Shevchenko V. The identification of public opinion about political problems.

The thesis is devoted to the generalization of theoretical attainments and of practice of organization and carrying out of empirical investigation of public opinion's state and dynamics of political problems. There was examined the sociological view of political public opinion content as against traditional polster's view. The complex of methodical and technical ways of political public opinion identification in empirical investigations process was exploited. It allows to distinguish the political public opinion from the information about „reaction of paper on pencil", and public mood too. The methodological principles of selection construction and the choosing of a method of sociological investigation of political public opinion's state and dynamics were designated in this thesis.
