Essay

The thesis is devoted to the defectological personnel establishment and development preparatory system in Ukraine. It was fixed that social and economical, political, cultural factors had a significant influence on the process of establishment, development and functioning of structural and substantial components of educational system of defectologists at the definite historical period. The analysis of factual data that are taken place in archives', scientific and literary sources have given us a possibility to reveal, to systematize the main organizing and scientific institutions. The basic tendencies, structural and pithy peculiarities of the pedagogical process at these institutions were also investigated.
