We used clinical, biochemical, instrumental, psychometry and statistical methods. We have founded, that gynecology patients before operations have low, middle and high stress level, that was indicated by stress index. The combination of ketanov and sibason is effective in patients with low and middle stress level. The using of stadol is effective in patients with all stress levels, but patients stay in clinic longer. The best combination for one-day surgery is dormikum and ketanov.
