Essay

Problems of parties functioning within the government system have been stadied. Subject status of parties specificity in different models of democracy have been viewed, general principles, owing to which parties are the developers and participants of public policy realization, of legislature and executive power functioning have been discovered. The power of influence of parties activity on legislative and executive components of the government and interaction between them have been analyzed. Recommendations concerning the strategy of the political reform in Ukraine are suggested.
