Essay

The dissertation is devoted to surgical treatment of the patients with an acute cholecystitis. The purpose of research was established the outcomes of surgical treatment of the patients with an acute cholecystitis by development of procedure and improve of engineering us performance, to expand technical possibilities of the operation, prophylaxis of intra- and postoperative complications, decrease of duration of the term of temporary disability. The work is based on analysis of outcomes of surgical treatment of 236 patients. The basic group of the patients were 119 patients to whom Cholecystectomy was performance by minimal access with padding manipulation canal, and the control - 117 patients to whom the open cholecystectomy was done.
