Essay

The dissertation is devoted to research the characteristics of the mineral density of bone tissue in patients with neurological symptoms of lumbar osteochondrosis for optimization of pathogenetic well-founded medical-prophylactic measures. The investigation revealed different changes of bone tissue - normal mineral density, increased mineral density, osteopenia and osteoporosis (47,3 %). The basis of clinical course in patients with different mineral density of bone tissue was established. Methodic of premature loss bone tissue diagnostic by means X-ray dual energy densitometry use and complex therapy programs considering state of bone tissue including antioxidant "pro selenium" and calceminum were recommended.
