Lavrenchuk A. Formation and Development of Regional Mechanisms for the European Integration of Ukraine

The object is the public administration of the regional European integration processes; The objective is the defining of the institutional backgrounds of the modern European Union broadening policy, especially the trends of its regional policy evolution, the place and the role of the regions in the European integration policy in comparison with the strategies and mechanisms which are being formed by Ukraine on its way to the European integration, the perspectives of the further institutionalization of these mechanisms; The methods are theoretical analyses, historical analyses, structural and functional analyses, inductive, deductive, comparative and legislative analyses, statistic analyses, forecasting; The newness is that for the first time the generalized complex of the public administration improvement means in the system of the integration policy on the central, regional and the branch levels has been scientifically proved; conceptual backgrounds of the improvement mechanisms of the foreign economyactivity regulation according to the standards of the European Union have been formulated as well as the further development of the economy of Ukraine; The results are that the methodology and the structure of the systematic analyses of the effectiveness of the integration processes in Ukraine on the central and regional levels have been developed and introduced; the methodology of the carrying out of the foreign experience of the integration cooperation mechanisms forming on the regional level in the public administration practices in Ukraine has been improved.
