Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the investigation of the peculiarities of forming the ability for facilitative influence in future practical psychologists. The author theoretically substantiates and experimentally distinguishes psychological factors which determine ability for facilitative influence as well as the conditions for forming such un ability. The ways of diagnosing the named ability are developed and implemented practically on the base of specially produced program, which is directed to form the ability for facilitative influence. This program involves forming both motivational and instrumental parts of this ability.
