Peev S. Features of surgical treatment of a peptic ulcer of a stomach(ventriculus) and duodenum complicated by a profuse gastrointestinal bleeding

The aim of the study was advancing existing and creation of new methods of surgical treatment ill with a profuse bleeding of a ulcerative etiology with allowance for corrections ischemic and reperfusion damages of an intestine and liver for a decrease of postoperative complications and lethality. Scientific novelty of the obtained outcomes: the activity is complex(integrated) research, in which one the new pathes(routes) of preventive maintenance of development multiorganal disturbances for ill with a profuse bleeding of a ulcerative etiology are detected. The obtained experimental and clinical data have permitted to elaborate new ways of surgical treatment of a peptic ulcer of a duodenum complicated by a profuse bleeding, and also new way of detoxification of an organism.
