The dissertation is devoted to working out of new uninvasive method of diagnostic, recovery control as well as relapse of endometrial hyperplasia prognosis (EH). The clinical features, echostructure, videoscopic picture, endometrial hystostructure, level of gonadotrophic and sexual steroid hormones in a peripheral blood serum, contents of nucleotide and carbohydrate metabolism enzymes both in peripheral blood serum and endometrial tissue were studied. Additional uninvasive method of diagnosis, clinical's and enzymatic's prognostic models of EH relapse were working out. Their effectiveness was proved theoretically and practically. The main results of the work have been implemented in clinical practice of gynaecologists to diagnosis and EH relapse prognosis
