Object: process of formation of marketing strategy of development of the enterprises coke-chemical industry. The purpose: development of the methodical approaches and models of formation of strategy of marketing of the enterprises of coke-chemical industry, which realization is capable to supply efficiency of their activity. Methods: dialectic; analytical; modeling; groupings; cluster analysis; expert estimations; ABC - analysis; SWOT - analysis. It is offered: model business - relations of elements of marketing microenvironment of coke-chemical area, process of development of strategy for the enterprises of coke-chemical industry, matrix of the requirements of the consumers to characteristics of coke; are determined clusters of the coke-chemical enterprises depending on their situation in area. Sphere of use: the enterprises of coke-chemical industry, high schools.
