Object - economic, industrial-economic and financial activity of branches of joint-stock company "Kievhlib" in the local commodity and territorial market. Subject - processes of change of competitive strategy of behaviour of the bakery the enterprises in the local market of bread of Kiev. Research methods enumerate calculation and analysis, comparison, as well as economic and statistic, graphic ones, design and construction, and economic and mathematical modeling. Definition of the market of bread and bakery products, as local commodity and geographical markets is offered. Complex estimation of modern competitive strategies of bakery enterprises conduct on the phase of market limited resource is done. Specific features of functioning of competitive strategy of behavior of the enterprises in Ukraine at a stage of development of the market of the limited resource are determined. The offers about improvement of mechanism of tax system influence on enterprises by reduction of outside violation intensity. Research results are put to practice at baker enterprises and included in the training process. The domain of application covers enterprises of the bakery sector.
