The dissertation is concerned with the questions of appearing, developing and functioning of the leadership in the studying group at Technical School. The types of leadership are defined; the psychological portraits of leaders of different types are made up. It is set that in the basis of the mechanism of moving into the position of the leader of the group there is a process of psychological valuable exchange, unfolding of which level by level conditions the dynamics of the leadership. The dynamics of the leaderships closely connected with the general staging development of the students' group, the most important spheres of their lives. It allows to stimulate the activities of the students group joining and satisfaction of the process of study, improve the leader's potential in the interests of forming and developing students' group.
